Welcome to Bais Rochel Leah High School (BRLHS)

Located on the expansive 11-acre campus of the Hebrew Academy in Huntington Beach, California, Bais Rochel Leah High School (BRLHS) is a testament to the seamless integration of high academic standards and rich Jewish values. Since its establishment in 1975, BRLHS has been renowned for its rigorous Limudei Kodesh and general studies curriculum, designed to challenge and empower our students.

Our academic program is characterized by its depth and breadth, offering a range of courses that are both University of California accredited and include an extensive selection of Advanced Placement options. This academic rigor ensures that our students are well-prepared for their future educational and career paths, whether they choose to attend university, seminary, or spend a year abroad.

BRLHS enhanced its educational offerings by adding a state-of-the-art dormitory catering to students who aspire to immerse themselves in a solid academic environment. Strategically located in the dynamic Long Beach Chabad community and a short walk from Congregation Lubavitch, the dormitory offers more than just accommodation. It is a place where students can immerse themselves in a focused academic atmosphere while being part of a supportive and rich Jewish community.

At BRLHS, we are committed to fostering an environment where academic excellence meets personal development. Our students are encouraged to explore, question, and grow as learners and individuals.

We invite you to discover the unique blend of tradition, education, and community at BRLHS — a place where students don't just learn but grow and flourish.
