Soccer at Hebrew Academy

Starting fall of 2026, Hebrew Academy is excited to announce a partnership with Sporting OC organization to enhance the development of our athletes in the sport of soccer, including access to our newly renovated campus soccer field.  This year we are offering an After-school Soccer Training program, exclusively for Hebrew Academy students (ages 6-12).  For those students who wish to participate on AYSO 8U and 10U teams must also register for the After-school training.  Staff will be available at 3:30pm to assist students with changing before practice.   Shuttle service will be provided to bring  students back to the Irvine and Long Beach locations at 5:30pm.  Parents are also welcome to pick up their children directly from school.

2026 FALL SOCCER REGISTRATION

(registration deadline 9/15)

AYSO Sunday League play ($50 per player)

  • 6U (Coach Brandon), 8U (Coach Jarret) and 10U (Coach Nash)
  • 5 Sunday games - 9am-10:30am  (10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/8)
  • 8U and 10U team players are required to participate in the Tuesday After-school training
  • BBQ and trophy ceremony (after game on 11/8) 

Please note there is no AYSO 12U team this season, however if we get enough 10-12 year olds to sign up for the training we can set up Sunday friendlies for them to play.

Tuesday After-school Training ($85 per player)

  • 6 weekly sessions - 3:45-4:45pm (9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3)
  • Ages 6-12 
  • Snack served
  • Transportation provided - 5:30pm pickup at the Irvine and Long Beach locations

We will have a parent meeting prior to the start of first training to introduce Sporting OC Director of coaching, Coach Kaz and the goal of the new program. Date of meeting TBD. In the meantime you can read about Coach Kaz under the About section on SportingOC.com website.  Click here.
